BLATTER GEHT!
WM 2014:
adidas (P); Coca-Cola (P); Sony; Hyundai (P); Emirates; VISA (P)
WM 2018:
adidas (P); Coca-Cola (P); Gazprom (P); Hyundai/KIA Motors (P); VISA (P); Budweiser; McDonalds;
WM 2022:
VISA(P); Coca-Cola(P); Mc Donalds; Samsung; Qatar Airways
So steht adidas dazu:
workplace standards
Disziplinarmaßnahmen; Gesundheit und Sicherheit; Umweltbestimmungen.
At The Coca-Cola Company, respect for human and workplace rights is engrained in our culture and guides our interactions with bottling partners, suppliers, customers, consumers, employees and the communities we serve. Our Human Rights Policy, along with our Supplier Guiding Principles, establishes a foundation for managing our business around the world in accordance with our commitment to respect human rights.
In 2011, The Coca-Cola Company formally endorsed the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, adopted by UN Human Rights Council in 2011. We have and continue to implement all three of the components that must be put in place in a corporate context under the Principles:
- A policy commitment to meet the responsibility to respect human rights;
- A due diligence process to identify, prevent, mitigate and be accountable for human rights abuses; and
- Processes to enable the remediation of any adverse human rights impacts the Company causes or to which it contributes.“
So steht Hyundai/KIA dazu:
Corporate Message:
Finally, Hyundai Motor Company will step up to its responsibilities as a model corporate citizen and support the greater good of the nation and its people. It will provide care for the underprivileged, especially during times of difficulty, and champion efforts to promote mutual growth with partner companies to contribute to the country and its people. As the world is the Company’s market, Hyundai Motor Company will also turn its eyes to the underprivileged in other parts of the world to fulfill its duty as a true global corporate citizen. Each and every year, Hyundai Motor Company will pour its time and resources not only to enhance brand value, but also to become a brand worthy of the growing trust and love placed by customers and to provide more people with the opportunity to experience Hyundai’s Modern Premium.
Beispiel 2
Korruption (am Beispiel VISA und Hyundai/KIA-Motors)
So steht VISA dazu:
Governance and Ethics
„Visa upholds the highest standards of professional and personal conduct and acts with openness and transparency. These principles are critical to earning and retaining the trust of our financial institution clients, merchants and cardholders. Visa is committed to strong and effective corporate governance, and we regularly monitor our corporate governance policies and practices to ensure we meet or exceed the requirements of applicable laws, regulations and rules, the NYSE’s listing standards, and the expectations of our investors. Visa’s corporate governance framework is exemplified by a board of directors comprised almost exclusively of independent directors (with the exception of the chairman), each of whom is elected annually by a majority vote of our shareholders; an independent lead director whose duties and responsibilities are set forth in our Bylaws; the charters of the board’s committees, which clearly establish the roles and responsibilities of each of the committees; our Corporate Governance Guidelines, and other key policies and practices of our board.
Visa also has adopted a comprehensive Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, which serves as the foundation for how we conduct everyday business activities around the world. The code, available online, applies to all directors, officers, employees, and contingent staff and covers a wide range of business practices and standards. The Code requires personnel to engage in honest and ethical conduct in performing their duties, sets forth guidelines for the ethical handling of actual or apparent conflicts of interest between personal and professional relationships, and provides a mechanism for anyone inside or outside the company to report a suspected violation of the Code.“
So steht Hyundai/KIA-Motors dazu:
Ethics and Corporate Governance
„In recent years, Hyundai has enhanced corporate governance at the highest levels of the organization through the addition of outside directors, the formation of an Ethics Committee including five external directors and two independent advisors, the establishment of an Ethics Charter and Employee Code of Conduct, and the adoption of Ethical Business Practice Guidelines – all of which governs our people and operations globally, including in the U.S. We are training all Hyundai employees in ethical business conduct and have established a Cyber Audit Office to monitor our compliance worldwide. Additionally, beginning in 2011, Hyundai is basing our earnings on the International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), replacing K-GAAP.“
So steht gazprom dazu:
Code of Corporate Ethics OAO Gazprom
